Leadership Development Program
At AnaVation we strive to create a culture where our employees can thrive. Supporting them personally and in their career to be better colleagues, leaders, and people. Foundational to that effort is our Leadership Development Program poised to grow our next generation of leaders that can tackle the problems not yet on our horizons.
Rooted in our core values (character, service excellence, innovation, and meaningful) our Leadership Development Program offers early career professionals the opportunity to grow in their roles. Alumni of the program have developed athletic programs to foster a sense of community, they’ve created crowd-sourcing surveys to learn from fellow AnaVators, and grown in their professional roles as people focused leaders. We’re excited to see all that they accomplish in the coming years and what the new class of LDP professionals can bring to our team.
Program alumni have said they were excited to contribute to and participate in “the environment and culture the senior leaders have cultivated …. [we] really are encouraged to make a difference here, no matter [our] position or years of experience.” Creating a company employees can enjoy an entire career at is something our Senior Leadership Team aims achieve, and our Leadership Development Program is a vital aspect of that mission.
