Heather is an experienced leader focused on client success using technology to enable mission-critical operations.

Prior to joining AnaVation, Heather held leadership positions at Buchanan & Edwards (BE) and CGI. At BE Heather was the Director of Law Enforcement Operations where she supported DoJ and DHS. At CGI Heather provided senior-level leadership, oversight, and control for the U.S. Marine Corps and USTRANSCOM accounts.

Ms. Catalfamo is a CSM, PMP and ITIL Foundations v3 certified. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and her Masters in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
