Todd is a self-motivated, results-driven professional with more than twenty years of experience in the IT industry. He helps lead and manage a wide variety of missions and programs for Federal Government clients in the Intelligence Community.

Todd proudly served his country in the United States Army for seven years, where he worked in Army Intelligence. Upon leaving the Army, Todd worked for BlackBox, Crucial Security, and Harris Corporation. With those firms he held a variety of management and leadership positions including Sr. Program Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Director of Infrastructure and Engineering, and Director of Information Technology. Todd was responsible for leading IT engineering services contracts portfolios supporting Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agencies and providing leadership to over 150 engineering professionals.

Todd possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, a Master’s Degree in Information Systems, and holds numerous industry-recognized certifications, including PMP and ITIL.
