Kimberly Bricker

Kim brings over 20 years of experience, having successfully supported programs with the FBI, DHS, and USDA as a seasoned Program Manager. Kim is not only a skilled manager but also brings strong expertise in technical training and Agile methodologies. She holds certifications as a Cloud Practitioner, ScrumMaster, SAFe Product and Program Manager, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

She holds a Masters in Human Resources from Townson University. Outside of work, Kim enjoys visiting wineries, volunteering in her community, learning sign language, and being a dedicated soccer mom.

Kim is a key part of the FBI Account leadership team, providing her expertise to support emerging programs while also contributing to various PMO and B&P activities across the account and AnaVation. She is passionate about connecting with people and fostering growth—both personal and professional—by creating a positive, values-driven culture where individuals and teams thrive.
