Joe Garwacki

A solution-focused leader, Joe values creating long-term relationships and building unique systems that serve and provide for the greater mission.

Joe brings extensive leadership experience from his 20-year US Army career, concluding as Commander of a 600 Soldier organization. In combination with his leadership acumen, Joe worked over nine years in direct support or joint operations with seven unique Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies during his military service.  Following retirement from the United States Army, Joe served in several leadership roles supporting a variety of Federal Organizations.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University (BS) and Liberty University (MBA), Joe is a lifelong learner who mentors others and encourages them to achieve their full potential.  Joe is an active member of PMI and holds a PMP Certification. Joe aspires to grow portfolios of programs beyond previously inconceivable goals by assertively driving results and people to new boundaries.
