Carolyn oversees business development and delivery of time-sensitive, mission critical programs for AnaVation’s DHS customers.
Carolyn has over 18 years’ experience in homeland security, program management, concept development, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and systems engineering. She has served as a trusted advisor and thought leader to senior DHS decision-makers across the Department on numerous engagements including the DHS Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Program Office, DHS Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A), Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Office of Science & Technology (S&T), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to name a few. She supported award-winning efforts across DHS to develop program initiatives, establish policy, engage stakeholders, institute process improvements, enhance information sharing, and bring forth cloud, data analysis, and systems engineering expertise.
Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Management Science and Information Technology with a focus in Decision support systems from Virginia Tech.
