With over 15 years of experience in HR, Rena is a trusted, results driven leader focused on best practices as well as, innovative approaches. Previously, Rena has successfully Directed Recruiting as well as, provided Technical Recruiting support at two Government contractors in the Washington, DC Metro area. In addition, her professional expertise ranges in areas of HR to include benefits, policies and procedures, communications, employee relations, affirmative action and training and a proven ability to lead, motivate and influence others to accomplish business objectives.
Rena possesses a Bachelor of Science Arts Degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice. Rena also holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is an active member of SHRM.
