We’re excited to welcome our 2025 Summer Interns to AnaVation!

Each year, our internship program brings in bright, motivated students who are passionate about technology, innovation, and making a real impact. We asked each intern to share a bit about themselves — learn a few fun facts and hobbies, and what they’re most looking forward to this summer at AnaVation below!

Fun fact, personal interests, or hobby: “Aside from coding, I also enjoy running and image/video editing.”

“I’m looking forward to building a full-stack application as part of a high-quality internship program. Collaborating in a small team setting under the guidance of experienced engineers will give me an opportunity to apply skills and develop software in the real-world!”

School and Major: Virginia Tech, Computer Science
Fun fact, personal interests, or hobby: “I lead an Esports program at Virginia Tech!”

Fun fact, personal interests, or hobby: “I’m a female Eagle Scout, and I love being outside whether it’s camping or rowing.”

“I am excited to learn more about cybersecurity and its applications within biosecurity. I look forward to connecting with mentors and peers who are also interested in using cybersecurity to address practical issues.”

Fun fact, personal interests, or hobby: “I love playing basketball/lifting and being outdoors whenever I can. Fun fact is that I’m an Eagle Scout, so I love a good camping/hiking trip. In my free time, I enjoy reading and playing chess—always up for a good match!”

I’m looking forward to collaborating with experienced professionals on innovative solutions in the cybersecurity space. The opportunity to contribute to real-world applications while learning from industry experts is what drew me to this internship, and I’m eager to grow both technically and professionally with the team!”
