Our AnaVator Spotlight series shines a light on the talented and dedicated team members who make AnaVation a great place to work. We are excited to feature Bronson, a Senior Software Engineer who has been a part of AnaVation for over 8 years!
Since joining AnaVation in August 2016, Bronson has brought his passion for programming and drive for continuous learning. He has honed his skills through Angular2+ training, an AWS certification class, and tech books used in his current contract work purchased through AnaVation’s reimbursement benefit. When asked about his favorite part of the job, Bronson didn’t hesitate — “I love coding!” His passion for programming is a defining aspect of his role and one he continues to enjoy daily.
Beyond his technical expertise, Bronson embodies the heart of AnaVation’s culture – valuing the family-centered and supportive environment that has kept him committed over the years. “Everyone is truly very nice and employee-centered. You’re not just a number here.” His supervisor, Christy D, has been a key part of this experience, providing him advice on developing new tech strategies.
Outside of work, Bronson is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys playing basketball. On the weekends, he cherishes quality time with his family, especially taking his 4 kids to children’s playhouses and museums. One of his favorite family traditions is going to different theme parks every summer which brings joy and adventure to their year.
