AnaVation Named a 2017 Washington Business Journal Best Place to Work

AnaVation also recently announced it was honored as one of the 2017 50 Great Places to Work by Washingtonian Magazine.

The Washington Business Journal selected the winning organizations based on anonymous survey responses from employees regarding team dynamics, manager effectiveness, and trust in leadership, among other aspects of employee engagement. The rankings of the 85 winners will be announced on June 22 at a special awards event at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater.

Washingtonian Magazine chose winning companies based on their commitment to work/life balance, number of opportunities to learn and grow and levels of autonomy given to staff, and other benefits, with data acquired through a survey of a representative sampling of employees given the most weight.
