Scott leads innovation and technology across AnaVation to help architect and deliver solutions that address clients’ mission-specific problems.

Scott has more than twenty years technical and managerial experience developing results-driven, mission-oriented solutions to the toughest technical problems faced by the Intelligence Community, DoD, and Civilian Federal Agencies. Prior to joining AnaVation Scott’s passion was at small businesses where he served in leadership roles at GITI as the Director for C4ISR and at IST Research where he was the COO. Scott served as the Director of Research and Development (R&D) at Data Tactics, who was acquired by L-3 Communications and later CACI. He stayed on in that capacity for a little over a year before joining AnaVation. Scott has participated in several notable programs over the years to include the Army’s Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Persistent Close Air Support (PCAS) and PlanX at DARPA, and Information Sharing at DHS

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a PMP certification.
