Chase began his career in investment banking with Lehman Brothers. He was employee #11 at Bloomberg Government, and has worked in other investment and general management roles at Echo Lake Entertainment, CapitalSource, Neighborhood Development Company, and Credible Behavioral Health. Chase received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.  He is a member of the board of the Willowsford Conservancy. Chase is passionate about building durable organizations that experiment, add skills, and grow while being humane, resilient, and successful for the long-term.
